How CU*Talk Works

Simple Telephone Banking

CU*Talk is designed to provide account access through a telephone-based automated system.

Instead of logging into Online Banking, opening the Mobile App, or traveling to a branch, you can call the CU*Talk number and follow the system's instructions.

Getting Started

1. Call CU*Talk

Use the automated telephone system to select the service you need.

3. Provide the Requested Information

The system may ask for account information or other identifying information to access your account.

4. Select Your Transaction

Choose the available option you need, such as checking a balance, reviewing transactions, transferring funds, or making a payment.

5. Complete Your Transaction

Follow the prompts until the transaction or account inquiry has been completed.
