Circle Federal Credit Union has been made aware of fraudulent phone calls that appear to come from our phone number. Scammers may claim there is suspicious activity on your account and ask for your credit or debit card number, PIN, online banking credentials, or Social Security number. 

 

Please remember: Circle Federal Credit Union will NEVER call you and ask for your full card number, PIN, or Social Security Number.

 

If you receive one of these calls, hang up immediately, do NOT provide any personal or account information, and call us directly using the phone numbers listed on our website. Your security is very important to us. If you have any concerns about your account, please contact us directly.

Reduce Your Paper Usage

E-Statements

With E-Statements, you can reduce your paper usage while also being able to access your statements in a more secure setting. E-Statements are available earlier in the month than your paper statements, and are easier to access through the It's Me 247 Online Banking

How to Enroll in E-Statements:

  1. Login to It's Me 247 Online Banking
  2. Click on the E-Statements button
  3. Click the "I would like to receive my statements electronically" and enter your email address
  4. Click accept!

After enrolling, you are set to eliminate the $2 Paper Statement fee.
