Stay Informed With Alerts That Work For You

Your accounts are constantly changing. Wouldn't it be helpful to know when something important happens?

With eAlerts and eNotices, Circle Federal Credit Union makes it easier to stay informed about your account activity without having to constantly log in and check your accounts.

Set up notifications for things that matter to you, such as account balances, transactions, loan payments, security changes, and more.

Choose how you want to receive your notifications—through the secure Message Center, by email, by text message, or a combination of these options.

What Are eAlerts?

Get Notified About the Account Activity You Choose

eAlerts are customizable notifications that let you know when specific activity occurs on your Circle Federal Credit Union accounts.

Instead of checking your account repeatedly, you can configure alerts to notify you when something important happens.

You decide which alerts you want and how you want to receive them.

Choose Your Notification Method

Depending on the alert, you can configure notifications to be delivered through:

  • It'sMe247 Secure Message Center
  • Email
  • Text message
  • More than one notification method

This flexibility lets you choose the communication method that works best for you.

What Can eAlerts Notify You About?

Circle Federal Credit Union offers several types of account alerts.

Daily Balance

Receive a notification about your account balance so you can stay aware of your available funds.

Low or High Balance

Set an alert when your balance falls below or rises above an amount you specify.

This can help you monitor spending and maintain awareness of your account activity.

Overdrawn Account

Receive an alert when your account becomes overdrawn.

This can help you identify an issue quickly and take appropriate action.

Security & Account Changes

Receive notifications when certain account-security information changes, including changes to your:

  • User ID
  • Password
  • Email address

These alerts can provide an additional way to monitor changes to your account information.

Loan Payment Reminders

Set up notifications to help remind you about upcoming loan payments.

Staying aware of upcoming payments can make it easier to keep your accounts current.

Transaction Alerts

Configure notifications related to eligible transaction amounts and other account activity.

This can help you monitor your account and recognize unusual activity more quickly.

What Are eNotices?

Get Important Credit Union Notices Electronically

eNotices are electronic versions of periodic notices that Circle Federal Credit Union would normally send to you through the mail.

When you enroll in eNotices, eligible notices are delivered to the secure It'sMe247 Message Center instead of being mailed through the U.S. Postal Service.

You can also choose to receive an email notification when a new eNotice is available.

Why Choose eNotices?

Faster Access

Don't wait for a notice to arrive in the mail. Access eligible notices electronically when they're available.

Secure Delivery

Your notices are delivered through the secure Message Center within It'sMe247.

Less Paper

Reduce the amount of paper correspondence you receive from the credit union.

Convenient Recordkeeping

Keep your notices available electronically so they're easier to access when you need them.

eAlerts and Account Security

An Extra Way to Monitor Your Accounts

eAlerts can also serve as an additional layer of awareness.

If you receive a notification about an account change that you don't recognize, take it seriously and contact Circle Federal Credit Union through a trusted communication channel.

Protect Your Information

Remember:

  • Never share your Online Banking password.
  • Don't provide sensitive information in response to an unexpected message.
  • Keep your email address and mobile phone information current.
  • Use a secure device when accessing Online or Mobile Banking.
  • Review your account activity regularly.

eAlerts are a monitoring tool, but they should complement—not replace—regularly reviewing your accounts.
